We are looking for a roommate for 1 bedroom ($675 for your own room) in our 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath apartment. The room itself has a private patio as well as a walk in closet. You would share the bathroom with one other roommate. We are looking for a working person between the ages 22 and 26. We are all 23 or 24. There are 3 of us that live here. Me, my boyfriend and one other girl roommate. We all work full time and are clean people. No pets allowed, and please no smokers or drugs. We live 2 blocks south of Ventura Blvd. in Sherman Oaks. Also note, we will be asking for references (previous roommates). And you will have to sign the lease through our current landlord, so be prepared to have a credit check as well. |
