The room is 10ft. by 10 ft. It has a nice closet. There is a semi-private bath. It's semi-private because guests will also be using that restroom. There is a washer and dryer in the unit. We have air conditioning but we would prefer not to use it. There is a garbage disposal. We have a pool, hot tub, fitness center, tennis court and basketball court within 1000 ft. of the apartment.
