I'm Kate and I'm 19 and I will be starting school at Metro State University of Denver in August and plan on moving to Denver around April 1st give or take a week or so. I currently live in Durango Colorado and I'm moving in April because I want to be all settled and stuff before school starts. My max for rent is going to be $450 probably seeing how as I'll be working full time and then starting school in August so I will unfortunately be your average starving college student haha. Anyhow, it would be sweet to find a roommate relatively close to my age who is also looking for a place. I would prefer someone who also needs a room so that we can find a place together rather than me just move in but if you have a room available, that would be sweet too =] I'm outgoing and easy to get along with, I will definitely respect your space and thoughts and am looking for someone who will do the same. But that doesn't mean we can't be friends too! =] And I don't smoke, am clean and tidy, and won't eat your food. I guess I could be called a social drinker but I'm not a "420" participant and would prefer to party someplace that isn't my house. But the occasional get together is cool with me, just not looking to run a club out of my apartment haha.
