my girlfriend and i are buying a house half a mile from the new med center in aurora. we're a ten minute walk away for people who work or go to school there. one room is 11x12 and we're asking $500; the other is 20x12 with it's own private entry door and we're asking $650. rent would include all utilities (gas, electric, water, trash, wireless internet). we are totally willing to negotiate on the price, but not too much.
a little about us: we're both 24, she is a med student at anschutz and i'm a teacher nearby. we're both pretty liberal, but respect all belief systems. we're both clean and respectful. also, we have a small and very lovable dog, so if you're allergic it might not work. we don't want any other pets in the house.
