We have a full finished basement for rent with all utilities included. Looking for someone that is easy going and trusting. We are a family looking to help someone out. You would have access to our kitchen, but if you want to get your own fridge for downstairs that is ok as well. If you want cable for downnstairs you will have to pay the $20 fee for the cable guys to come back out. |
