The room is in a single family dwelling near the intersection of Briar Gate Blvd and Chapel Hills Drive, 80920. The rent is $300 per month, starting 5-1-08. The security deposit is $200. Plus your share of the utilities: the utility bill divided by four to encourage conservation of utilities.
