I'm looking into upgraded apartments that offer 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, amenities, and that are no more than 20 minutes from downtown. Cherry Creek is an appealing suburb and I'd like to be relatively close to a park.
Rent: $900ish divided by two roommates, so $450ish each not including utilities.
