I am looking for a 30 to 50 year old Female Roommate for this nice brick bi-level in SW Denver. There is a choice of bedrooms, up stairs or downstairs, the bedroom is un-furnished. The rent includes utilities, washer/dryer, AC, work-out room with some equipment and bedrooms are wired for cable and phone. The roommate Must be a non-smoker, no drugs or above average drinking. I would want that person to be easy going, clean, quite, at least do your share of the housekeeping, (I will always do my share). I want to find someone that is a good fit for my house, please no heavy weights.
