I have a one bedroom for rent, which includes all utilities and no deposit. It is located in Lakewood/Green Mountain area. I had to go with a two bedroom in order to get the top floor of the unit and really didn't need the extra room. This is a two bedroom, 1 bathroom, fireplace, balcony, dishwasher, fitness center, pool and easily the best view around. I am not in a hurry to rent the room out, but more importantly I'm looking for someone that would be a good fit. I am a 39 year old male and work M-F with weekends off. I rarely drink, seldom have over night guests and very independent. My job means everything to me and I love what I do and where I'm at in life. No offense guys, but I'm only looking for a female roommate, thanks. |
