Pura Vida! I'm in search of a responsible, considerate roomie who will share my bright and sunny 3 bedroom home with me starting August 1. The neighborhood is quiet and very convenient - 1/2 mile to I-25 and also the Broadway light rail station, 2 miles from DU, 2 miles from downtown AND about 1/4 mile from the South Platte Bike Trail. Huston Lake Park is a 20 minute walk, as is Athmar Park Library. As for me, I'm relatively clean, chill, and quiet - I'm a teacher at DU who is also in school part-time, and so don't have a lot of people over or late nights. An environmentalist who recycles and gardens, likes to hike and read. Oh, and I sometimes foster homeless death-row Australian Cattle Dogs, so you'll need to like dogs.......I'm not at all into drama, disrespect, or conflicts. I'd ask that you clean up after yourself in common areas and share equally in the dreaded lawn-mowing. ;)
