Really nice house in a really nice area to share with 2 Spanish Teachers and university students.
the house has 4 br and 3 bathrooms.
2 garage rooms, garden, 2 living room and a new kitchen.
It cost $600 per month + $600 Deposit + Utilities (something between $50 and $100 denpending on the season)
We are lovers of outdoor sports so we won't be in the house in the weekends and full time workers but also students so... we won't really be much time in the house, although it is really nice and just remodelated
