The apartment is a really nice place, I'm actually surprised I found it for the price it's at, and the administration are really nice to boot. It's a big kind of remodeled suburban apartment community. It has two gigantic pools, one indoor, one out, and both are heated. There's a huge hot tub as well. There's three laundry facilities that I know of for a dollar for dry and wash, which is pretty good around here. Parking is plentiful if you have a car, though covered parking is available for something like 20 extra dollars a month.
If you need to commute with or without a car they also have a free shuttle to the nearby Lightrail station which runs all over Denver and to several colleges such as DU, Metro, and Art Institute
The apartment itself is on the second floor and it has a balcony that faces the mountains. All of the carpet, paint, tiling, and tabletops in the bathroom have been recently redone so they're all very nice.
