I have a large bedroom with private bath available the second week of April. I'm a 30 year old male, I work long, odd hours and am not home very often. I don't smoke, don't often drink, and keep the parties out of the house. I have a young son who lives with me a few days a week. I am looking for a roommate, preferably male, someone clean and who pays bills on time. The complex is great! Two pools, parks, dog run, gym, plenty of parking and storage. Pets are negotiable and kids are fine. |
