This is an apartment HOME (attached garage & private access) available and you actually WON'T be living with me & my family.
Here's the deal. I need 1-2 people to occupy this apartment at the mid-end of this month because we found a home to buy and of course we have to break our lease. The complex here IS willing to work with us if we can find someone else to occupy our apartment. The floor plan I posted to what we live in is flip-flopped and we are on the 1st floor.
Both bedrooms are master bdrm size only 1 bdrm has the attached bathroom and the other, you have to walk around the corner (big deal). ;)
We've lived here for 2 years and this place is GREAT! You have practically instant access to I-25 (Arapahoe & I-25) w/o hearing any highway noise in your home. I can send you more pictures if you'd like me to of the inside of our apartment - just know the beauty is........WE WON'T BE HERE! :D
Rent is $1160.00/month and deposit usually depends on your credit when you apply, approx $250. I won't be approving the deal, you'll have to go thru the usual steps when applying for an apartment (Bridgwater Apartments).
