You have the choice of the basement or we can convert the loft into a room and it does have a walk-in closet. There is one other girl in the house who is also a working proffesional and 21, but we aren't home a lot. There are two dogs that are smaller(not ankle biters) and we would accept other pets, but you have to be responsible for them. We have people over occasionally, but haven't thrown any major parties, but we do have a beer pong table if the occasion arises. The lease is up in DEC and we may sign for longer, but you would only be required to stay atleast 3 months and give us a month notice before moving out. Rent is 300 per month as long as you don't use a lot of utilities and you are responsible for your own food or can leave a list and money and we don't mind going for you. |
