I am looking to rent out a big Bedroom with a Walk-in closet and a secondary bedroom, with a shared Bathroom. Large house with over 2,400 Sq Ft. of living space. It's on a corner lot with a big, back yard and deck. There is also plenty of storage and a garage space included. We would split 1/3 of the utilities and any misc. expenses. Great, quiet neighborhood and easy access to highways. Also lots of shopping and fitness facilities nearby.
