	Hi, I have a home and am looking for someone to fill a room. I live in Meriden on a lake in a very quiet neighborhood. About the living situation: I have two small dogs and two cats that occupy the finished basement (cats). I consider myself to be neat, quiet and respectful. I prefer a 12 month agreement but would take 6. There are two rooms available, the smaller is $600/month and the larger is $650. Rent includes access to the house, utilities are paid by me, and parking is in front of the house. I am looking to fill as soon as possible. Thanks, Mike
