The house is 1200 sq. ft 3 bedroom, 1 bathroom house located on 1.3 acres of land (making the back yard huge!). It has a full basement and a 2.5 car garage (2 bays in the front, 1 bay in the side). Located in a residential neighborhood, the house is just minutes away from shopping and the highway (I-84). $650/mo rent includes everything: cable TV, high speed internet, electricity, heating oil / propane.
