I am an 40+ female looking for a responsible roommate to share 2 bedroom/ 2 bath unit on the upper floor of a Colonial house in Windsor, CT. It has its own private entrance and is in a country setting. There are cows across the street and it is very peaceful and quiet.
Common areas are the Living Room and Kitchen with full access. You would have your own bedroom and bath that is located off of the kitchen.
Rent is 507.50 and half of the cable and internet bill is 80.00 and includes HBO and Startz.

The unit is furnished except for the vacant bedroom and bath. I would consider replacing my sofa in the living room if you have a nicer one or sectional.
There is a credit check required and one month security deposit.
