Hi!
I am looking for a roommate. I am renting a 3BD/2BA townhouse in The Huntington in the King Farm community in Rockville. I am asking $900 which includes utilities (water, trash, sewer, gas, electric, internet, cable).
Community: Great, safe place that has lots of walkways, green grass, easy accessible to public transportation (Shady Grove metro across the street and MARC train ~2 miles), indoor and outdoor pools, 24 hour fitness center, covered parking, nice shops and grocery store in walking distance.
Townhouse: It is a 3 level townhouse with about 1300 square feet. 1-car garage on the bottom (already taken), kitchen, living and dining room on the middle level, and 3 bedrooms and 2 baths upstairs. I will only be renting out one of the bedrooms (12x11.5) -- the other bedroom will be used as an office. Also, there is a washer & dryer on the main floor.
Me: A government employee and part-time grad student...so I am busy. I am a non-smoking, easy going, reliable, neat, like to hang out with friends, drink wine, athletic, Christian.
Dog: He is a 75lb boxer. He can look intimidating, but is really a gentle giant. He likes to chase cats, so sorry no cats.
You: Like dogs, respectful of me and my belongings, neat, dependable, pay rent on time. I prefer females but will consider all. We don't have to be best friends but would like someone to hang out with occasionally. |
