Master bedroom & private bathroom for rent in large 4 bedroom/2 bathroom/3 story house in Takoma, DC. Truly lovely, safe and beautiful neighborhood ? many trees ? very quiet but two blocks from restaurants and 0.5 miles away from the red line (Takoma). Our previous roommate recently moved out and we are looking for a considerate, honest, responsible and courteous individual who is looking for the same in roommates. Rent is $1000 and the room is currently furnished with queen bed, dresser, couch, coffee table, TV on stand, etc ? but we are happy to move things out of the room. We share all common areas and we have internet, dishwasher, washer/dryer, trash/recycling pick up, on-street parking, very nice yard, front porch, back deck and grill. It really is a beautiful house ? craftsman style, built in the 1920s ? we love it.
