I am a 31 year-old male Fulbrighter from Europe looking for a furnished room that will run around $600 including all utilities. I need accommodation for 6 months (September 2008-February 2009)
The gender of my roommates is irrelevant.
While it is not a requirement, I would give preference to a place where I had my own private bathroom. Cable and Internet are required.
A gym or one close by would be nice.
I will be working close to Federal Triangle.
I will not have a car so the place must be within walking distance to a Metro station (max. 15-20 minutes).
