Honest and easy going roommate! This is a great house on the west side of Wilmington, plenty of light, big windows, great ventilation, hardwood floors, plenty of storage in the house (plus attic and basement). The bathroom was redone not too long ago and the kitchen has brand new appliances. The house is located in a wonderful neighborhood - the triangle, very close to the Salesianum school and Brandwine park. Very quiet and safe. Bus lines are available to go downtown and also to the 202 area. You will get there in a blink. The house has private entry, front and back yard. So if you like gardening there is an opportunity. I am super easy going. Outside smoker is ok.
