We are a married couple looking to rent out one of the rooms in our condo. The room does not have a private bathroom but does have it's own private patio. We have a small dog and a cat and would prefer not to take in any more animals. We need someone who is considerate and would be able to keep the condo clean and make the rent payments on time at the end of every month. The association requires a background check from everyone living in the complex and we would just like to meet before setting up a move in date. |
