I have a nice 2 2 condo . It is on the top (5th floor). I would like to rent the second bedroom for $550.00. A private bathroom is included. I have a cat but cannot allow any additional pets. I want someone who is pretty laid back and quiet. If you smoke, it must be outside. I am very flexible with most things and I have a great sense of humor.
My development has a large pool and workout facility. It is a great place and the people are nice too! I love it here!
