Looking for a roomate to share in my gorgeous 3 Bed/3Bath house in
Hollywood, Florida. The house has all brand new everything, and I am very clean, so I need someone who is very clean and respectful also, yet doesn't think it's a drag to be that way. I'm not uptight, but like my home to be a sanctuary, so it's a pleasure to come home to. It's one minute from the beach, in a beautiful neighborhood, walking distance from shops and restaurants. Theres' plenty of non-restricted parking.
Rent includes gas, trash pickup, cable, and internet.
We would split water and electric.
