Roommate will have a nice size bedroom with own bath. Community is gated with plenty of parking, also has 2 pool areas, bbq area, playground, basketball, handball, tennis and volleyball courts & nice clean lake with fountain. Roommate must love dogs (I have 2 small ones)!!! Male or Female ok. No cats or dogs. Roommate must be responsible with job and between 25 – 35. $ 350 deposit and Monthly Rent $ 750 will include all utilities, cable, internet and landline (local only). |
