I have a furnished bedroom available in a 3 bedroom 2.5 bath townhouse in eastern Jax. Close to downtown, beaches, and many colleges. Location is just off 9A at Monument. Rent is Fully Negotiable up front. High speed internet is availble as well as cable/sat tv. Kitchen, dining, laundry, and living spaces are shared.
