Hi Everyone, I am going to need a roommate as of Feb.1st. but I can have someone early as Jan 1st. I live in a 2bed/2bath Condo 1310 Sq foot. Sonoma Southside off the Southside Service Road. Rent is $425.00 a month, that includes Electric, Water, Trash, Basic Home Phone, & Internet. There is a $200.00 deposit. The lease is a 6 month lease and then after that it is month to month. I rent from my friend's parents, they are really good about taking care of any issues that arise. Also we will have individual leases so you are only responsible for yourself.
Also I do believe there will be an extra charge for a pet, and I will only live with a house broken pet! |
