I am looking for someone to replace me. I am in melbourne,Fl about 30 min from Orlando and rent is 425 a month and secruity deposit is 200. This is a lovely 2 bedroom town home! There is FREE parking and a huge room. The room is 11X13 and can fit a number of furniture within it. There is space downstairs for a television, sofa set, dinning room table and much more. I am moving out and I am looking for a room mate for her to be put on the lease for the remainder of the lease term. If you like the town home you are more than welcome to renew the lease and we have been informed that the rent is not changing. Cable, trash pick up, and Pest control is included in the rent. We currently have bills for Bright house internet ($ 59 total making is a lil more than $ 25 each), electricity (running $80 total or $40 each), and water (around $35 each which is 17 about and some change each).
