I am renting an adorable 2 bedroom townhouse on Center St. in Coconut Grove. I am moving in the beginning of June and need a roommate to pay rent. This place is ADORABLE and very new. It is in a beautiful community called Provence Village of the Grove and absolutely charming with french blue awnings and lots of green plants and flowers!
I am a 24 year old girl whos from Miami and recently moved back after college. I have a small 10lb dog, Marley, whos potty trained and very friendly!! I work off miracle mile, monday through friday, and looking for another girl, preferably between age 18 to 30, to room with.
