I am a 52-year-old female who works from home doing medical transcription. I consider myself an extremely quiet and private person and pretty much keep to myself. Also, I am generally gone from Friday morning until Monday afternoon, so I am not usually around on the weekends. I am a smoker, however, if necessary, I will smoke outside, as long as it is permitted.
I am seeking a room large enough for me to be able to set a card table/computer desk up and large enough to accommodate an executive type desk chair. I would also be able to have a place were I am allowed kitchen privileges as well as a private bath, however, I am willing to share the bath with one other person. I do prefer a female roomate, however, I would be willing to share the room or house with a couple. |
