It's minutes away from UCF and Full Sail, and near to Valencia Community College. $560 a month covers everything: water, electricity, etc. There are no extra charges. The apartment is fully furnished with all new furniture including leather couches and a flat screen tv in the living room. You will be living with 3 really cool guys who are very relaxed and easy going. Your room will be on the second story, and will have the largest closet. The community is gated, and each apartment has it's own alarm system.
