I'm renting out a room in a 4 bedroom house starting Nov, possibly earlier if need be. The rent is $550 with $350 deposit, can negotiate. It includes everything, I just ask for help with the electric depending on how cool you like it. I'm living here with my 2 year old Son and Mother, who takes care of the house and my boy. She's good to have around, she CLEANS, A LOT! She's also quiet and keeps to herself, and is often never home, not like having another parent. My Son is very well behaved and will be in school a few days a week. I just moved here from Fort Lauderdale to attend Full Sail.
I'm hoping to find someone who is looking for long term living as I hope not find a new roommate every couple months. We are very easy going, down to earth and hope to find someone similar. You will have full use of the house and if you have a car, you can park in the garage next to mine. The house is beautiful and in a gated commmunity right next to everything. You can walk to Publix and the bus stop is steps away to either UCF or Full Sail.
I prefer a more mature roommate, age doesn't matter. I'm a 22 year old bartender so on top of my hectic school schedule I'll be working alot. I like to have fun and don't mind if you do either -- no drugs or wild and crazy parties but don't mind if you have someone here. I don't ask for much and won't bother you. Just keep the common areas moderately clean, the rent on the first and I'm happy.
