Hello my name is karolyn I'm 19 I live in my 2 bedroom 1 bath duplex with my finance Andreas we are looking for a roommate to be occupier of our second bedroom we have a 2 car drive way and our mail box is right at the front door so you won't have to go far to get your mail. The internet, power, and water is included I also have a washer and dryer available NOT coin operated. We have front and side door entry, the Landry room is located next to the side door. Front door entry leads to the living room(be respectful to my furniture, white couches)side door leads to kitchen. Room that's for rent is the nearest to the bathroom; room has bed, dresser, desk, and closet. I do have a pet it is a snake a little bold python she stays in her fish tank and I would put her tank in my room if she's a problem. The neighbors are nice and mostly keep to themselves man on right or us is the nicest older man I have ever met. In collage area 10 mins from Valencia CC. If you have a pet of any kind we will talk about pet deposit or gates to stop them from risky could cause mess rooms.
