My wife and I our renting one room out. This rental includes a shared bathroom with one other roommate. We rent rooms out on a month to month basis. We require 1rst month and security.
Basic rules are: No smoking, partying, must be clean and NO Drama.
We are looking for a professuional student.

We have a 80lb. Black Lab who lives in the house and loves to great you after a long study day. So you must like dogs.
