My roommate and I are looking for a third (female) person to live with us. Rent right now is $350 per month plus utilities (the highest it's ever gotten was around $410 with electricity, cable, and wireless...it shouldn't get much higher). You'll be downstairs with your own bathroom and two closets. We live in a townhouse complex off of Chisholm Rd, about 5-10 minutes from the UWF campus depending on traffic. The townhouse is fully furnished except for your bedroom furniture and whatever you would like to contribute towards the kitchen/living room.
We're looking for preferably a Christian girl who is easy-going, fun to be around, dependable, and the only thing we ask is that you don't bring the party home with you and you can/able to clean up after yourself. |
