I have a house on the water in the Garden Isles section of Pompano Beach.
This is a 3 bedroom house and I have decided to rent a full sized bedroom, furnished with direct-TV, large closet and private bath/shower. There is also WiFi availability for computer access. You are a non-smoker, clean, financially responsibile, normally quiet individual that does not entertain at the house. Kitchen priviledges are available as long as you clean up and are responsible. I am NOT looking for a sexual relationship but it would be nice to have company in the house since my girlfriend of 3 years just moved out. We can discuss the rent since since I am not sure what rent is these days. |
