I have a 3bedroom/2 bath house that I have one possibly two rooms that I would like to rent out. The house includes washer, dryer, wireless internet, cable, living room has a box with HD package and a 50 inch plasma that is great for sports and movies. The house has a kitchen, dining room, living room and porch. There is also a grill on the porch for grilling. The house is close to 417 and Lake Mary Blvd. The house is about 7 miles away from I4.
I am looking for a responsible, clean, drug free student or employed person that can pay the rent on time. I am a very easy going person to live with. I work Monday through Friday, so during the week it’s mostly work and school.
I am asking for $500 a month. First and last would be up front with a 30 day notice when you decide to leave. If first and last is to much at this time We can work something out so don’t let that discourage you.
