Hi!
My name is Justine, and I'm a fashion design student. I have a townhome and you would have your own bedroom and own bath. All the appliances are included and there are hardwood/tile floors throughout. I also have a Wii and a nice TV. Your only other roomies would be myself and my small (20 lb) dog, Tyrion. I'm pretty laid back, I don't party or drink very much or do drugs. I'm really into scrapbooking and costume design, along with some nerdier things like videogames (Wii), reading, and boardgames. I always pay my bills on time, and I -try- to be tidy. I do have an out-of-town boyfriend (he lives in Kansas City), please let me know if this would bother you. I'm a pretty social person--so it would be nice if you're outgoing too and willing to just hang out and watch movies or something.
My place is at Kay Ave and Par lane--about 2 minute south of Governer's Square Mall, and 8 minutes SE of FSU. The townhouse backs up to the Hilaman Golf Course. The building is a 4-plex (my unit is on the bottom) and all the other tenants are pretty quiet. The area in general is pretty calm without a lot of college partying and stuff.
Rent is 450, plus half utilities and internet (no cable). There is a one year lease agreement along with a one-time deposit fee due at time of signing, along with first month's rent.
