My name is Sean and my buddy Joe and I have a townhouse in East Athens reserved for Aug 08 - Jul 09. We are looking for a roomate to sign the lease with us. The townhouse is a four bedroom with 2 bathrooms it has a full kitchen, living room, breakfeast area, and porch. The house is right next to the pool. Only 3 rooms will be occupied leaving the 4th one up for a study room or possibly a 4th roomate to make rent even cheaper. Me and Joe dont mind to share a bathroom if you would like your own. Rent is 1000 dollars total and will be 333 per person. This does not include utilities. The utilities will be split three ways.
