This is in a very nice area of town, very close to everything that's happening, but still quiet at night. Walk to shops (everything from groceries to used clothing), pubs, 7 stages theatre, concerts at Variety playhouse, the park. Inman Park Marta station is a 3 mins walk.
I have two cats, so no more pets please. No permanent overnight guests please. I work a lot, party sometimes, like to cook, watch movies and play the Sims. I smoke inside.. You could move in as soon as June 28, the only requirement is a deposit of one month's rent.
