The House is divided into two units, upstairs and down. I have the upstairs. Great, huge place. Walking distance to Ansley Mall, Smiths olde bar, etc. Easy access to all 3 main interstates for work purposes. The downstairs is occupied by 3 awesome girls too who make for great neighbors.
The $625 covers rent. Whoever moves in needs to split bills also (power, gas, cable)
