I am looking for a responsible person who has a stable job and is ready to move in ASAP. The apt is setup roommate style meaning you will have your own bathroom and bedroom on one side of the apartment and mine on the other. Apt is on the 3rd floor on the end so there is only 2 neighbors and noise is never a issue. Everything is furnished including appliances and bathroom nessecities (you don't have to use, just an option) with sun room, living room, private porch, dining room (can furnish table if you have one) and a fireplace. It is pretty specious (1219 sq ft) and has 3 different pools, gated front entrance and safe community.
