I have one room available for rent for $600/month (includes utilities). The room is 12 ft x 12.5 ft (not including walk-in bathroom and private bathroom. The condo features hardwood floors, granite counter tops and stainless appliances. The complex offers swim, tennis, fitness center and private lake. The complex also is a gated community.
I require a deposit of $300 (refunded if everything looks okay when you leave) plus first months rent.
