I am away a lot of weekends, but I just purchased this townhome and am remodeling it little by little so that is where my weekends are going lately. I have a wonderful 4 year old English Bulldog named Chesty. You would have a great size room (could be furnished)with a semi-private bathroom (you would only share if there are guest at the house), two good size closets, full use of the kitchen (which will be completely remodeled soon), laundry room, dining room, living room and den. The community also has a clubhouse with a pool. Rent ($600, plus half electric) will include water, cable (also in room), internet access, some storage and parking (garage parking can be arranged for an additional fee). What's nearby: Bus line, Target, Restaurants, Starbucks, Cleaners, 2 minutes to I-85, 6 miles to Midtown, 4 miles to Buckhead.
