I have a furnished room for rent with a bath. All utilities are included. Cable TV and Wireless computer. I have another room mate - 44 female. We have one small dog. Looking for gainfully employed person, that pays in a timely manner. We are open to month2month as well as 6 or 12 months. There will be a 350 deposit. 3 month min. This will require 800.00 to move in.(First and Last month no deposit ).
