Professional female looking for a roommate to share my town home located in Sugar Hill. The community is swim/tennis and is a little over a mile from like Lake Lanier.
The unit itself is a year old and consists of 2 bedrooms/2 full and 2 half baths plus bonus room. Total square footage is approx. 2100 sq. ft so there is plenty of room for two people. The community is quite and I couldn’t ask for better neighbors, I never hear or see them.
So, a little more about me and what I’m looking for in a roommate. My weekdays are pretty consistent with a professional lifestyle… up at the crack of dawn, work all day and get home around 5 o’clock. Beyond that I pretty much take it easy until I turn in for the night, usually around 10pm. My weekends are typically spent shopping, socializing with friends or catching up on chores around the house and my sleep. Occasionally I’ll have some people over for dinner and drinks but nothing wild. I like to keep my home clean and organized and hope to find a roommate who feels the same. Other than that I am not crazy with requirements. I’m basically just looking for someone similar to myself who is friendly, responsible and down to earth.
