I am a quiet, professional gentleman who works from home (I am a published author and freelance journalist) in search of a room to rent. I made the mistake not checking out the neighborhood where I rented a room a few months ago and seek to find a nicer and safer neighborhood to live in. I am very clean and a great cook, and willing to help with the household chores and do as much of the cooking as you want. I do not currently have any furniture here (all my furniture is in my house in Florida where my daughter lives) but I can buy furniture if the room is not furnished. I am easy to get along with, and do not mind living in a house with children or pets. |
