Some specifics about the house, it is located in a very nice neighborhood with great neighbor on all sides. The deposit is last month's rent plus a $500 damage/cleaning deposit. At my discretion the damage/cleaning deposit may be refunded. First month's rent must be paid prior to move in. Utilities are $250/m and include sat. tv, land phone, and internet. Recycling and garbage pick up, and the whole house is furnished except for the room for rent. The room is the original master bedroom in the house, and the bathroom has been remodeled three years ago and has a very nice stone shower with seat, toilet, sink, and mirror. The room also has 3 closets. I work fulltime, and I'm in seminary fulltime so I really want someone trust worthy and respectable to live in the house with me. I am Methodist, and I go to church every Sunday. I'm studying to be in the ministry someday and am very passionate about Christ, service, and the social obligations of a follower of Christ, though I would be described by many Christians as liberal. I really want a roommate who has similar values and morals. I have a small dog, and a cockatiel. Both are very well mannered and friendly, but I would prefer not to add any pets to the mix. I am a relatively neat, and I would like someone that would share the cleaning responsibilities with me. Guest are fine in moderation, but I am a quiet person. I am open, and I communicate well and expect the same out of my roommates. |
